You retain ownership of content you create within the application (tasks, reminders, quality time entries, activity suggestions). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process this content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Fatsa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
